ENVI Analytics Symposium (EAS)

My role:

Creative Lead

Building the Identity

Visual Cornerstones

Historically, the event was branded as ENVI Analytics Symposium. We created a stronger, more recognizable foundation for the identity, formally adopting the acronym most commonly used: EAS.

The acronym also provided opportunities for creative exploration. These mockups of EAS placed throughout Denver were the spark that ultimately led to oversized letters used on stage.

I also created an icon to providing a second visual cornerstone for the identity - featuring the Denver city skyline and event venue using simple line work and circular, stamp-like design.

The EAS wordmark and icon were designed for maximum flexibility - able to stand on their own or be used in combination.

Color Palette

I built the color palette from photos taken during a site visit, pulling colors directly from the architecture and interiors to connect the visual identity with the physical event space.

Physical Event Space

We brought the identity into the physical event space through a mix of large-scale graphics and smaller branded details. Oversized EAS letters and digital graphics anchored the stage, while banners, window clings, table tents, and a projected logo carried the identity throughout the venue. Custom planter wraps extended the system into the reception area, pairing individual EAS letters with imagery of the Denver skyline.

Event Materials

The event identity carried through to badges and lanyards, with colors from the event palette distinguishing speakers, attendees, and employees while maintaining a consistent look across each group.

We also created playful buttons and stickers centered on ENVI, keeping the product at the heart of the event while giving attendees something they wanted to wear and share.

Post-event content and production

We captured photography, attendee interviews, and social posts from select attendees to document the event as it happened. Afterward, recorded presentations were packaged with branded slide templates and a custom motion intro, creating content we could carry into promotion for the following year.
