CASE STUDYGeospatial Distancing
My role:
Creative Lead, Series Host, Program Manager
-
The loss of in-person events during the pandemic left a void for geospatial professionals accustomed to connecting, learning, and sharing ideas with their peers.
-
Create a scalable digital forum for genuine industry conversation—one that crossed company lines, prioritized connection over sales, and felt distinctly different from a traditional webinar.
-
We created a recurring web series featuring professionals from across the industry in moderated conversations about timely topics, emerging technology, and ideas relevant to the geospatial community.
Visual Identity
We gave the series a bold, deliberately informal identity that broke from the polished corporate brand. Bright color, cutout portraits, and oversized typography put the personalities of each episode front and center.
The system carried across episode graphics, video, and social promotion while giving each conversation its own look.

Shaping the Conversation
Each 45-minute live episode brought together a unique panel of industry professionals around a timely topic, with me moderating the conversation and live audience questions through Zoom.
Content & Reach
The series attracted prominent voices from across the geospatial industry, including company leaders and speakers typically featured at major industry events.
Live conversations became an ongoing library of recorded content, helping grow our webcast audience by more than 200%.
Legacy
The series established a repeatable format that lived beyond the original program, with “Geospatial Distancing” becoming shorthand for this style of conversational video.
